This reservation is made through an agency authorized by Teleart, official licensee of Venice Museums.

PLEASE NOTICE: Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.

Opening hours: from November 1st to March 31st, from 09:00 to 18:00; from April 1st to October 31st, from 09:00 to 19:00

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation, up to 2 days before the date of the visit, we can refund cost of unused tickets minus service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee). For further cancellations and no shows, no refund is possible.

Prices

From November 1st to March 31st: Ticket "The Museums of Saint Mark's Square"
A single ticket valid for Doge’s Palace - Museo Correr - Museo Archeologico Nazionale - Monumental Rooms of the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana. This Ticket is valid for 3 months and grant only one admission to each Museum.

From April 1st to October 31st: Ticket "San Marco Plus"
Ticket The Museums of Saint Mark's Square (Doge’s Palace - Museo Correr - Museo Archeologico Nazionale - Monumental Rooms of the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana.) + 1 of the museums run by Musei Civici Veneziani.

Full price ticket

Reduced price ticket:
E.U. and extra E.U. children aged 6 to 14; escorts (max. 2) for groups of children; E.U. and extra E.U. students* aged 15 to 29; escorts (max. 2) for groups of students; E.U. and extra E.U. citizens over 65; staff of the Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali; holders of the "Rolling Venice Card"

Free tickets:
Venetian residents and people born in Venice; children aged 0-5; disabled people with escort; authorised guides; interpreters accompanying groups; group-leaders (groups of at least 21 people with prior bookings); I.C.O.M. members.

Family Offer:
For families of two adults and at least two children: one ticket full price, the others reduced.

SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR GROUPS: When accompanied by a guide, groups of from 10 to 40 people must use whisper audio. Groups larger than 40 in number must be subdivided. When the audio equipment is collected, one adult member of the group must sign a form accepting responsibility for any possible loss or damage, and leave a valid identity document at the desk (this will be returned when the equipment is handed in at the end of the visit). The hire of the equipment costs one Euro per person, to be paid in loco. There is no hire charge for those who have free admission to the Doge�s Palace. Those who own their own whisper audio receivers should turn in to the frequency 446Mhz.
